In a significant step towards enhancing national security, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has received SECTA Rechargeable Security LED Flashlight Kits from the Chris Igbokwe Foundation. This partnership aims to bolster the safety and security of lives and properties while improving surveillance of critical national assets. Commandant General of the NSCDC, Professor Ahmed Audi mni, OFR, received the equipment in his office, emphasizing the Corps’ unwavering commitment to protecting Nigerians.
During the handover, Professor Audi assured citizens that the NSCDC is dedicated to ensuring law and order across the country. He urged Nigerians to have faith in the capabilities of security agencies, stating that the NSCDC is resolute in its mission to safeguard lives and assets. The donation of the flashlight kits will enhance the Corps’ operational efficiency, enabling officers to better execute their mandate in protecting essential infrastructure and responding to emergencies.
Professor Audi expressed gratitude to the Chris Igbokwe Foundation, encouraging citizens to support government initiatives aimed at combating insecurity.
