StartPoint Grant 2024: Call For Application

Are you an African-led organization committed to making a difference in your community? The StartPoint Grant 2024, an initiative by the African Philanthropy Forum, is now open for applications, offering an incredible opportunity to access funding and expand your impact.

This year, five unrestricted grants of $5,000 each will be awarded to local NGOs and community-based organizations in Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania.

Why This Grant Matters

Grassroots organizations play a critical role in addressing the unique challenges faced by African communities. The StartPoint Grant 2024 recognizes this and is tailored to support small but impactful organizations deeply rooted in their local contexts. This funding allows recipients to continue transforming lives without the constraints of restricted financial aid.

Who Can Apply?

Eligible organizations include:

  • Registered NGOs or community-based organizations operating in Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, or Tanzania.
  • Organizations that are making measurable strides in driving development and social impact in their communities.
